On our 7th anniversary we added  new programs: Good Works (food shelf), Emergency Winter Shelter, Safe Haven (abused women shelter), Education 1st (after-school/summer school program), and Chance (Job readiness program) to help alleviate poverty in our community.

We provide nutritious hot dinners to homeless and struggling families. We serve an average of 150 meals each week. The kitchen is open from 4:00 to 6:00 pm every Wednesday

The food shelf distributes main stream and culturally relevant foods and household items to individuals and families in need. We distribute perishable and nonperishable food items and ethnic groceries to the people who need it. Good Works is open weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays, and on the first Thursday of each month. The food shelf distributes groceries to 700 households per month.

The Emergency Winter Shelter is open to the unhoused population during the winter season.Over 60 individuals are housed daily during this season. While staying with us, residents are served hot dinners and breakfast every day and supplied with the needed essentials to help them through the day
